FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing generally takes 3-10 business days and packages are then shipped through USPS. Due to Covid-19, processing and shipping is taking longer than usual. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Order not shipped out when expected?
Having only one cult leader processing shop items, there may be a slight delay in shipping if many orders are placed at once. Also please be patient when waiting for preordered items. They ship out on the date specified, not in the normal standard shipping time.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges so long as they are made within 30 days of your order. Shirts and hats must be unworn and unwashed. We are not responsible for shipping costs.
